Had a nice thing happen yesterday and got a haircut and a perm to celebrate. Please pray for further answers to unwritten requests!
God even gave me an extra blessing yesterday. The hairdresser had seen "The Passion" and wanted to discuss it. (Hey Holy Spirit, give me the right words!) Japanese do not know the entire context of the crucifixion story, so I was able to recommend that he read THE BOOK. I might just pick one up and deliver it to him.
Edit: Yeah, I picked up a New Testament and delivered it. I felt like I had been given a priviledge by God and didn't want to waste it! I usually make one trip a year to the hairdresser's, so I could assure the fellow that I was not gonna harass him a la Jehovah's Witnesses. Haha! I put a copy of our church bulletin inside the front cover in case he might be interested in coming. Ok, the seed is planted, and I will let God do His thing.
