• Yukinori Moves Out

  Well, sonny boy moved out today to somewhere in Gotanda to be closer to his place of employment.  From here it takes an hour and a half one way, and he figures that from his new place he can get to work in half an hour.

  Here are a bunch of boxes that he carried out the night before.

  

  I asked Yukinori and a friend who helped him to pose for a picture as I was documenting the big event.  Here is the van that they rented.  They were just barely kind enough to cooperate as I snapped the shutter once.  I did not dare ask for a second chance.   "MOTHER!!"

  

  Yukinori's roomate Hikaru's stuff is all ready in the van.  Hey, everything just may fit!  Do you know what they are trying to do?  Hook up a DVD player and speakers so they can listen to music on the road.  I don't believe it...  Yukinori managed to mash his finger in a door somewhere on the way hauling stuff to this van, but if he can worry about this stuff, I am not too worried about his analog digit.  He did not dust off his junk and was taking it as it was.  Yeah, "Yukinori-Oscar," "Hikaru-Felix" is gonna be thrilled.  I think their rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment.

  This is the room after the move.  You say you don't notice any difference?  Neither do I...  He says that he will come back and finish cleaning up.  I know he will, because he has four pair of his suit pants in the cleaner's here!  He should also remember that my "Kagoshima Cleanup Mode" has not totally settled down, and if he takes too long, I will, um "take care of things."  He did not let me know that he "got there" safely, so I just called him and he did and is busy and that is all I need to know.
