  • Dear Voice, I really appreciate your visits and I enjoy engaging in dialogue.  When you leave comments, however, please provide a context for the scripture that you quote.  Otherwise your point is unclear and in eternally important spiritual matters this is not helpful.

I have sincerely studied Jehovah's Witness material, from books to the Watchtower. I even made the effort of studying it in Japanese! The conclusion that I reached was that it would be extremely foolish and dangerous for anyone to accept or spread a philosophy that downgrades both the deity of Jesus Christ and the promises of God for eternal salvation in heaven to ALL who believe.  The more I studied JW material, the more holes opened in my Bible, and it broke my heart.  None of the promises that I treasure were for me, only for the supposed 144,000.  I would not even be allowed to take Communion!  I could not accept it and my final session with the very kind Jehovah's Witness ladies ended in my tears of frustration and anger that God's Word could be so severely scissored.

If you are truly confident about what you believe, then you should have no trouble in being willing to honestly discuss it.  I welcome and enjoy your comments, but please provide a context by including your own thoughts.  This is my third and last request in this regard.  I am sorry that I must address you publicly.  Since you have disabled any means of leaving a private message on your website, I really have no choice.  I am more than glad to have you visit my page, but please respect my wishes, and I thank you in advance.
