The New Year's cooking marathon is about to begin. Gonna start with oden, and if you don't know what that is you are to be pitied! Gotta get those little homards in some salt water so they can enjoy their last few hours. I will take a picture when it is all done. Next year is the year of the bore, no, no I mean the boar.
Later - Apparently the homards did not enjoy their salt water and died. And here I was trying to make them comfy! They are in the fridge and will probably be served up for their final purpose tomorrow.
Grandma has been bundled up and taken for a walk. She doesn't exercise much, and you know what they say about "use is or loose it." Maybe they can find some of it outside.
