While I was away in Kyushu daughter purchased "Billy's Boot Camp." It is quite a fad here and a major topic of conversation. I had been feeling quite out of shape and was actually thinking that it might not do me any harm to engage in a bit of booty loss, and was pleased enough with her purchase to consider paying half of it so I could do it, too. I watched the first DVD twice and it had no effect. I tried actually doing it today and was surprised that the part of me that ached the most were my arms. Yep, maybe those wings have gotta go, but I have to maintain a balance of "no pain, no gain" and "overtrain and strain." Forget those "Billy Bands" for now. I did the exercises at half speed with my own modifications and survived.
Everyone tries to run through the entire four DVD series in a week for "amazing weight loss" but I can tell it is going to take me some time to do the first DVD well, so I am gonna take my time. This should be a long term everyday program, not a flash in the grease pan. Increased mobility is the goal that I am working towards at this point, since I have been feeling rather stiff and heavy. That just might be because I am rather stiff and heavy. Use it or loose it? Use it and loose it?

Looks like a great workout!!
But I am one that has to get out of the house in order to exercise or I would be running to the cookie jar! lol
