One is finding that when one has the luxury of too much free time on one's hands in Fukuoka that one tends to waste it.  (Kagoshima and Tokyo are different stories.)  One is also basically undisciplined with regard to time.  So, in an attempt to gain a bit of control and constraint in this loose area one is attempting a new system today.  One went out last night and got some colored plastic tags at the 100 Yen Shop and has written a task to be accomplished on each tag.  One also purchased a timer.  One is to decide a time frame for all of the tasks, some pleasurable, some not, and do them all.  One does not know if they can all be accomplished in one day, but one should try.  Perhaps the most difficult one is the "out" tag.  One tends to get involved in projects all day and not does not get out under the sun at all, which does not seem healthy.  Each time a task is accomplished, its tag can be taken off the ring.  If one wants to pursue a pleasurable task further, it must be placed on an empty ring, that is, after everything else has been done.  Let's see how this works and if I can get my act a bit more together.
