  • When I look at these beautiful pictures it just makes me want "to go someplace"  What a georgeous country you live in.  America is beautiful too but it lacks the history and depth of feeling that Japan inspires.  Hope you are feeling better.

  • Very nice! Thank you for sharing these with us! People there must walk everywhere? That would be a nice alternative to traffic and exhaust fumes....

  • @Gramcface - The scenery is nice, but I wish there were more churches instead of temples and schreins.

    @SoOffBase - WE walk everywhere.  Public transportation is good enough that we are used to getting around without a car.  No worries about maintenance, gas, insurance or parking spaces for us!
