3/21/2009 Ueno Science Museum
These pictures were taken at the National Science Museum in Ueno. These are some things that I found interesting. The building itself is a work of art, as can be seen from the central rotunda.
There are several stained glass windows in the staircases.
Now this would have been interesting to see swimming around!
This mass of fossilized shells was quite lovely.
OK, Herr Compukermann, what is this contraption?
These fossilized dino droppings were on display at the museum gift shop. I will take the one in the middle, please, for a mere $360.

Sounds great! Dino dropping for $360 isn't worth it I think! Where is this museum?
@starrynite45 - Well, if I had a choice of which one to buy I would pick that one because it actually looks like a dropping. The museum is the National Science Museum in Tokyo. There are several museums in Ueno, plus a zoo.
