January 10, 2011 Ookunitama Shrine - Fuchu
The shrine's pagoda is still decked out in its New Year's duds.
For a small fee, you can walk around inside the back of the shrine building. This was a kind of creepy place because there were people lined up just outside sending up prayers to this image. I didn't like being caught in the middle of that.
