June 4, 2011 North Korean Spy Ship
Today's "Go Somewhere" is the port city of Yokohama, and we stumbled on a small museum that we had not seen before.

Yokohama Bay Bridge

Japan Coast Guard Ship

Now here is a place we have not gone before. Let's take a look at that building on the left.

Got it? The ship was raised and is on display here.

These sure don't look like fishing poles to me.

The Spy Ship

A view inside the ship from doors in the back.

This is a smaller vessel that could be launched from the main ship.

Underneath is a smaller lifeboat with an underwater scooter.

Heavy artillery

Bullet holes from the Japanese side ammo.

Let's walk around the area a bit more. These buildings were formerly used for harbor business, but have been remodeled into restaurants and shops.

Looked, but didn't buy. I have always liked ship models, but I have no place to put one of these and it might fall and get broken in an earthquake anyway.
