New National Theater - Carmina Burana
Sorry for going on Easter, but we had gotten the tickets quite far in advance and didn't realize that the two would coincide. Carmina Burana is actually a set of medival songs found in a monastery arranged for choir and orchestra in the late 1930s by a fellow named Orff. Roasting Swan is quite an interesting piece.
We had a nice Indian curry lunch!
There was some interesting artwork in one of the theater lobbies.
His twin brother was at the opposite side of the lobby.
Our tags for a backstage tour - There are actually three other stages behind and on either side of the visible stage which was padded with rubber underneath to prevent stress to the dancers.
