Christmas Muzak
They really like the festive atmosphere here, any excuse for a party. I know that people here in Japan really have no clue as to what CHRISTmas is all about, but does the local CD shop really have to show a video featuring drinking, a bed scene, wild dancing in a flesh colored leotard and clips from Miley Cyrus's Wrecking Ball right above the Christmas music CDs? That made me downright sad, and I had to let the management know. Most of the so-called Christmas music was just junk, anyway. Why is some of the loveliest music ever written pushed aside for "Last Christmas" by George Michael? I really HATE that song.
