Okunidama Shrine
This afternoon was a trip to the insanely crowded shrine in Fuchu. I like the little wooden shingle-like ema pictures that feature the animal of the year, this year being the Year of the Monkey. People must have stood in line for a couple of hours to pay their respects. I am not particularly respectful and just wanted the shingle, so I elbowed my way to the main area, skipped the worship line and completed my task. I took some interesting pictures, tho.
