On David Bowie's Passing
OK, I am going to get myself in trouble here. I did like David Bowie's Kabuki style in the movie Labyrinth, but his lifestyle was by no means a healthy one. I never bought any of his music because to do so would have been an endorsement of a philosophy that I did not believe in. His behavior was creepy and destructive. It is a loss when anyone dies, but I don't really understand all of the accolades for and celebration of such a hell-bent life.
