We get to watch the Olympics live since it is on this side of the world. We taped the opening show yesterday and watched it at fast forward today. One thing always bothers me during the openings of these events. The world throws a party and no one bothers to even consider inviting the author and creator of everything that exists, and instead it croons John Lennon's humanist hymn Imagine.
