Backwreck
How does one manage to wreck one's back in one's sleep? DH looked up my problem on the Internet and told me to ice it, so I did. The Dr. said to heat it. It was like, "Gee, I am glad that it is not the season for open windows,", because the neighbors would have thought I was being murdered with all the yelling I was doing because of the random sudden stabbing pains. I gave up trying to make supper last night because I just couldn't. UM, not pointing any fingers at any Internet researchers, but ....
I only yelled in pain once at the Dr's office. LOL The stabbing sensation was unpredictable and enough to cause one to emit "Owies!"
