The quake alarm went off again this morning for some nasty shaking this morning in Osaka this morning. Most of the trains are stopped, but the helicopter flying over the city is not seeing any major damage. There are some reports of power outages. Some of the cultural properties in Kyoto may have suffered some damage, but no reports of that yet. We didn't feel anything in Tokyo.
