Well, the stool is taken. It has a history - According to the sticker underneath, it is originally from Tokyo Denki University which has campuses in Chiba, Saitama and Adachi-ku, none of which is anywhere near that bus stop. The date of acquisition is "38," which could either mean 1938 or 1963 (Showa 38 = the 38th year of the reign of the Showa Emperor Hirohito). I am guessing that the latter date is closer to being the truth.
