Prayers before dinner
Dindin was not the best tonight. I made a Japanese meat and potato dish with some economy beef, and I guess you get what you pay for. Hubby asked if it was the meat of a Nutria, pictured below - some kind of a Chinese water rat. Maybe I can boil it some more and convert it into stew. I need prayers that it will convert, because I made enough for lunch tomorrow.
