  Today's "go somewhere" is the Tama ZOO!

  This little mousey lives atop grasses.

  

  I like the goats, don't ask me why.  The guy below needs the maid to come in and sweep up.

  

  

  Dotter wanted to visit the guinea pigs and thinks she might want one, but her bunny might object, and we know that bunnies rule.

  Oh deer!

  

  These still run free in the mountains here and there.

  

  Monkeys live in the mountains, too, and people do their best to keep them there.  A monkey made the news yesterday when it got into a power grid and cut off power to 7,000 homes.  They will send monkey back to the mountains after it has recovered.

  Cheetah

  

  This is a smaller large cat, a cervil.  Feeding time is no simple matter for him.  He is a good jumper and is given the chance to prove it by a zookeeper who dangles meat from the ceiling of his cage.  Trouble is, kitty does not appreciate the chance and makes all kinds of spitting, snarling, yowling fuss in hopes that the zookeeper will dangle the meat a bit lower.  The fuss goes on for quite awhile before kitty decides to jump, so I did not get a picture.  Just take my word for it.

  I don't think this hawk caught his own meat, but was enjoying it all the same.
