Museo Del Prado Paintings.
Today’ｓGO SOMEWHERE was to the National Art Museum in Ueno to see pictures from Spain's Museo Del Prado. Seven works of Velazquez were on display, along with many other 17th century pieces. Here are some pictures that I particularly liked. The artist gazing on the crucified Christ says it all for me. Art should be a means of expressing God's glory.
We witnessed something kind of sad on the train. There was a young lady with a medical alert badge who suddenly began a very boisterous battle with herself a la Gollum. There were definitely two personalities there, and one of them wanted someone to stop the train for so she could get off and get away from the other person inside her. She was a very pretty girl. I hope that she gets the help she needs.
