I spent a good deal of the day beginning to organize all of the tea ceremony equipment that we have stored all over the house. Everything is in wooden boxes that take time to open, and when I am done looking and close them up, I promptly forget what is in them. This means that I have a load of wooden boxes taking up space and I have no idea what they contain, so today I started taking pictures of the stuff and putting photos on the outside of the boxes. Now I can tell the contents at a glance! I eventually want to get rid of most of the stuff, but don't know any good channel to do so. Anyway, knowing what I have is a first baby step.
